Didn't think the second snow would happen so quickly after the first. The weather men were calling for 2-6 inches for this past Thursday but we really got some Friday night. Allie had so much fun playing in the snow and making a snow angel. Sam slept through it all!
I love this picture of the two of them!

Christmas
It is so hard to figure out which pictures to post. So will post a few...or more than I should!
I noticed that the Christmas babies at Baptist were in stockings. Thought it would be a great idea to take a few pictures of Sam in a stocking. She was almost too big for the one I had!

Nanny came to visit during the week of Christmas. All the girls had a great time with their great grandmother.
Allie and her goodies from Santa. We let her ride her bike for a few minutes outside. It has been a little cold. Hopefully spring will come soon so she can enjoy it!
I am One month old!
December 20, 2009 - Samantha turned 1 month old. Hard to believe that time goes by so fast! We went on the 21st for her check up and second hep b shot. She gained a little over 2 lbs and 3 inches. The doc was surprised but happy with her progress. She was holding her head up like a 2 month old. Lets hope she doesn't continue to grow up so fast.....I want her to be a baby for a little while longer!

Thanksgiving
We enjoyed Thanksgiving day at our home with mom and dad. Mom brought food over so I didn't have to cook. The plus side of just having a baby. I actually went out on Black Friday to a few stores to get a pair of jeans that fit. Then on Matt and Corinne had all of us over for lunch. It was a beautiful day and great food!
Samantha's first Thanksgiving. We had an accident in the outfit on Thursday and had to wash it in order to take a picture! Go figure!
We used this picture for our Christmas Card this year

Coming Home
The proud big sister!
The Arrival of....
Samantha Reese Bailey
Jon and I were at the hospital bright and early on 11/20 - 6:30am! We got admitted and finally in a room around 7:30. The dr came in around 8:15 or so to break my water. He said it would probably be early afternoon before we would meet our newest member of our family. Boy was he wrong! My contractions got stronger and I ended up having her at 9:49 am. I pushed for 5 minutes! A totally different experience the second time around but worth it! Samantha Reese Bailey was born on November 11, 2009 at 9:49 am at Baptist Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs, 13.5 ounces and was 19.5 inches long. Our precious one...
This was the picture taken at the hospital. She is a day old in the picture (which has been touched up a little!)
Family Pics
Allie and Taylor
Allie's best friend Taylor moved the weekend of her birthday. We went to Knoxville in October to visit with all the grandparents and Taylor. We even got to go see the Poteets!
We met Taylor and Tyler at a gymnastics place and played for a hour. Then we headed to Chick-fil-a for lunch. Everyone had a great time and Allie is ready to go back to see them. We are going to try to head up there in a few weeks depending on the weather!

Halloween
We took in a lot of festivities this Halloween. We went to 2 different pumpkin farms, party at the club and school. As well as going to Boo at the Zoo (in freezing weather) and having the Reese family over to go trick or treating.
