Baby Bailey #2 is a Girl!

We started off the day by going to Vanderbilt Children's hospital for Allie to have a KUB. Thank goodness that there is no foreign object in her....just a bunch of poop! I told the doctor I already knew that!

We went to The Pancake Pantry for breakfast to kill some time before the ultrasound. We finally got to go in the room and look at our beautiful baby girl on the monitor. Jon, Allie and my mom were there, papa was in the waiting room. Allie was excited to see the baby on the monitor but even more excited to know her wish came true....a sister!

She is currently measuring 20.5 weeks, weighing 14 ounces and has a strong heartbeat of 148. The doctor said everything was fine and that we will keep continuing down the road!

We also made our way to USA Baby to look at bedroom furniture. We found what we were looking for and bought it. Now paint, fabric, oh and cleaning up a room!

What a day it has been! We are all tired and going to bed early - however it is 10pm and I am not in bed yet! Better go!

So far behind....

I am so far behind on blogging. We have been really busy these past few months and thought i better get some pictures up before she turns 4 (can i really have one that old already?)!

We went to the annual Reese's fish fry over Memorial day weekend. Allie wanted to ride on the 4 wheeler until she got up there! She decided fishing was more her style!

Allie and I were sitting on the couch one afternoon looking at the ads. Allie saw this sprinkler beach ball. I had to end up ordering it because we couldn't find it in the store. She has had so much fun with it. Covers her ears so they won't get water in them and ready to use it for her 4th birthday party!

Allie went to a birthday party not too long ago. She had so much fun playing with the basketball. Even a better time when daddy let her hang from the goal! Maybe she will be tall and make it to the big leagues!

We had family and friends over to watch the fireworks for the 4th! Allie bought $34 worth of fireworks and had a lot of fun watching them. Or better yet, finding anything to cover her ears up so the noise wouldn't hurt them! Between the rain, she decided she would put her rain coat on, couldn't find her rain boots so the snow boots made their way on her feet as well as the winter gloves and hat!

I guess that brings you up to date until Monday! We have our ultrasound to find out what we are having. Allie is so excited. We shall see! She says she is crying if she is having a brother! Until next time....
